20-Oct-2008 : 2008 LBVCR SOUVENIR COLLECTION UNVEILED

The London to Brighton Veteran Car Run Souvenir Collection has been expanded to include new items for the 2008 event.  As well as the popular articles such as the enamel lapel badge, peak cap and fleece, which have all been updated with the 2008 event logo, a ladies silk scarf and a gentleman's silk tie and cravat are new additions to the range.

Items start at £3.00 for the LBVCR branded ballpoint pen or a 2008 event poster and prices go up to £99.00 for a LBVCR Winter Jacket.  Amongst the other items there is also a limited edition 2008 LBVCR bone china mug for £9.00 and the silver plated cuff links, featuring the undated event logo, for just £25.00.

“The range of LBVCR souvenir items offers something for everyone from small, low cost items to more expensive souvenirs that still offer great value for money” said Roger Etcell, LBVCR Event Director.  “We've added three new items to the collection this year and the silk tie, cravat and ladies scarf have already proved to be popular additions.  The whole collection was specifically chosen for their quality and range appeal and I'm sure that each and every item purchased will be a much cherished memento of the world famous London to Brighton Veteran Car Run.”

The full 2008 LBVCR Souvenir Collection can be seen here and an order form can be downloaded.  Alternatively the souvenir collection will be on display during the event at the LBVCR Auction at Bonhams on Friday 31 October, in Regent Street on Saturday 1 November and on Madeira Drive in Brighton on Sunday 2 November.
