2009 London to Brighton Veteran Car Run Photographic Competition
The fourth London to Brighton Veteran Car Run (LBVCR) photographic competition has been launched. Spectators at the 2009 event on Sunday 1 November will be invited to enter their favourite pictures and be in with a chance of winning some very unique prizes.
 
The overall winner will be awarded the opportunity to take part in the 2010 LBVCR as a passenger on one of the participating pre 1905 veteran cars.  The 2009 LBVCR Photographic Competition is open to all members of the public to enter their pictures from the Run in one of three categories.

The three categories are:-
1. Best LBVCR Event Image
Images capturing the essence of the 2009 event.
2. Young LBVCR Photographer (16 and under)
Any images on the 2009 LBVCR by a young photographer.
3. Best Mobile Camera Phone Image
Any images of the 2009 LBVCR taken on a camera phone

The top ten images submitted in each category will be short listed and displayed in a special gallery on the LBVCR website. 

FIRST PRIZE:  The overall winner will receive a passenger place on a veteran car on the 2010 LBVCR, with two places on the accompanying Bus Tour for their guests.
RUNNERS UP:   The two category winners not receiving the overall prize will receive two places each on the 2010 LBVCR bus tour from Hyde Park to Brighton on Sunday 7 November.

SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRIES

You can submit your entry for the 2009 LBVCR Photography Competition by post or by email.  We are sorry but there isn't an online submissions process for this competition.

Entries can by submitted on a CD-ROM, USB FlashDrive, as a Jpeg file via email or as a photographic print (12"x8" maximum).
