The London to Brighton Veteran Car Run (LBVCR), the world’s longest running motoring event, continues to be an attractive proposition for sponsors.   EFG International, a leading private bank and asset manager, has become the Official Banking partner to the event for the next three years, starting with immediate effect to support this year’s Run on Sunday 7 November.

The company, which has its head office in Zurich and offices around the globe, is already a strong supporter of classic motoring and motorsport with sponsorships in place with Le Mans Classic, Grand Prix de Pau Historique, Classic Endurance Racing, Gstaad Classic and BRDC Rising Stars This new agreement with the LBVCR will introduce EFG International to the earliest period of motoring and the relevant owners, collectors and enthusiasts.

EFG International Head of Strategic Marketing & Communications, Keith Gapp, said, “We see ourselves as the private bank for historic motorsport, and the London to Brighton Run is a natural fit. It complements perfectly our other motoring activities, which now extend from the world's longest running motoring event to the motor racing stars of tomorrow. The Run is a classic piece of Britain, which resonates internationally, and we relate strongly to its enthusiastic participants and supporters. Like them, we cannot wait until November!"

LBVCR Event Director Roger Etcell said “We are extremely pleased to have EFG International joining us on the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. They are well known for their support and partnerships in classic motoring and motorsport and we look forward to introducing them to LBVCR participants & enthusiasts.
