06-Oct-2006 : T MINUS 30 DAYS TO LAUNCH TIME FOR 2006 LBVCR

The countdown has begun and in four weeks time the 2006 London to Brighton Veteran Car Run (LBVCR) weekend will start with a bang with the LBVCR auction at Bonhams in New Bond Street and culminate with nearly 500 pre 1905 veteran cars taking to the road between Hyde Park and Madeira Drive on Sunday 5th November.
 
On Saturday 4th November Regent Street will see over 120 of the participating veteran cars on display with the International Concours and demonstration runs down Conduit Street and around Berkeley Square.  At 7:07 (Sunrise) on Sunday 5th November the first cars will leave Hyde Park on the 110th anniversary run to Brighton.
 
All of the events on Saturday and Sunday are free to spectators so come and see living history in action.  With the 2006 LBVCR taking place on November 5th expect the event to go with a bang!
