31-Oct-2009 : TEN OUT OF TEN AT BONHAMS AUCTION

The ten veteran cars that were included in the 2009 LBVCR Sale and Related Automobilia all found new owners on Friday 30 October at Bonhams.

The ten vehicles made a total of £800,000 ranging from £24,725 for the 1900 Marot-Gardon 2 3/4 hp De Dion-engined Tricycle up to the top seller, the 1902 Panhard-Levassor Type A Rear-Entrance Tonneau with a sale price of £216,000 (including commissions).

1903 Darracq 8hp Four Seat Rear-Entrance Tonneau - £71,900

1904 De Dion Bouton 6hp Two-seater - £69,700

1904 De Dion Bouton 8hp Surrey-top Four Seat Tonneau - £62,000

1903 Cadillac 6 1/2hp Model A Detachable Tonneau - £59,800

1904 Cadillac 10hp Model B Rear-Entrance Tonnneau - £52,000

1901 De Dion Bouton 3 1/2 hp Voiturette - £44,000

1900 Marot-Gardon 2 3/4hp De Dion-engined Tricycle - £24,725
