Open to all participants the following timetable illustrates what the 2009 LBVCR event has in store.

Provisional timetable (subject to change):

Friday 30 October      

1pm - 4pm         LBVCR Auction presented by BONHAMS

6pm - 8pm         International Participant's Welcome Reception hosted by BONHAMS

Saturday 31 October

11am - 3pm       International Concours - Regent Street, London (Awards Presentation at 2.15pm) 

12noon - 2pm     Participant's lunch at The Royal Automobile Club (Tickets to be purchased) 

6pm - 8pm         Participant's Cocktail Party at The Royal Automobile Club with HAGERTY

Sunday 1 November     

06:54am           THE 2009 LONDON TO BRIGHTON VETERAN CAR RUN

7pm 'til late        VCC Annual Dinner & Dance at The Grand Hotel, Brighton

The entry criteria require all participating vehicles to have been manufactured prior to the 1st January 1905 and that the cars are of four-wheel, tricar and motor tricycle design. All entries are subject to clarification of eligibility.

For a full detailed entry pack (available March 2009) containing information about the full 3 day event, entry regulations and entry form please contact the organisers Motion Works (LBVCR) Limited by any of the methods given on the Contacts page. The firstl closing date for entries is 30 April and the fial closing date is 30 September, however entries received at this late stage may not be included in the program and may have to start at the rear of the line-up in Hyde Park.

Alternatively the Entry Regulations, Entry Form and other various documents that make up the complete 2009 Entry Pack can be downloaded (from late March 2008) via the following attachments for completion, signing and returning to the organisers.   

Latest information and breaking news about the event will always be posted on this website. By registering your e-mail address with the organisers we can post the latest news automatically to you.

The organisers anticipate an entry of over 500 vehicles for the 2009 Run so do please make sure your entry is returned ASAP and we look forward to welcoming you to London in November for the traditional annual celebration.
